Patient confidentiality,
protected at every step.

What your patients tell you is protected from start to finish. The audio becomes text and then disappears, the patient's name is removed before anything reaches the AI, and your records are encrypted and hosted in France, by a provider certified for health data.

How it works.

What happens to a session?

From the session to the patient record, here is what happens, step by step. At every moment, what your patient told you stays protected, and you stay in control.

Delta transcribes what is said.

During the session, or right after in dictation mode, what is said becomes text. You have nothing else to do.

No audio file is kept.

As soon as the text is ready, the audio is permanently deleted. No recording of your sessions exists, and nothing can be played back.

Your patient's name never reaches the AI.

Before anything is sent to the AI, your patient's name and the details that could identify them (age, school, therapist's name…) are replaced automatically. The AI writes the note without knowing who it is about.

Your records, encrypted and hosted in France.

Your notes and transcripts are encrypted and stored in Paris, by a provider certified for health data (HDS). Each account is isolated from the others.

You review, you approve.

Notes and documents are drafts that you review and adjust. Delta sends nothing to anyone. You decide what leaves the record.

Delete your data at any time.

Once your notes are exported, you can permanently delete everything in one click. Your data belongs to you, and nothing is kept without your consent.

Your data does not belong to us

Delta never uses your sessions to train an AI.

Delta relies on models that are already trained. Your sessions are never used to train, test or improve an AI, not by us and not by our providers. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

And your patients?

Reassure your patients in one sentence.

You stay in charge of what happens in your practice, session after session.

A ready-to-use poster

Delta gives you a poster and a patient handout that explain the tool simply. Your patients know what is happening without you having to explain it again.

A patient would rather not? Dictation mode.

Nothing is captured during the session. You summarise out loud right after, and the note is still ready.

What they tell you stays in their record

Delta never contacts your patients and never shares anything automatically. You decide what is shared, and with whom.

Frequently asked questions about security.

Can the Delta team read my patients' notes?

Delta does not look at the content of your sessions. Only a few authorised people can access it, only if you ask us for help or to fix a technical incident, and they are bound by confidentiality. Delta never contacts your patients.

Are audio files kept?

No. The audio is only used to produce the text. As soon as the transcription is finished, it is deleted. No audio file is kept, by Delta or by anyone else, and nothing can be played back.

Where are Delta's servers?

Your records are hosted in Paris, by a provider certified for health data (HDS, the French standard). AI processing runs on servers in France, and transcription on servers in Europe. Our AI provider is contractually bound to keep nothing and reuse nothing.

Is my data used to train the AI?

Never. Delta relies on models that are already trained. Your data is never used to train, test or improve an AI, and it is never sold.

What protects my data against breaches?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256), and stored on servers that are not directly exposed to the internet. Access is limited to what is strictly necessary and logged. If an incident ever affected your data, you would be told without delay.

Do I need to sign a data processing agreement?

No, it is already included. The GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA) is accepted when you create your account. You can read it at any time from the DPA link at the bottom of every page.

Do I need to inform my patients?

Yes, as with any tool you use to keep records. Delta gives you a ready-to-use poster and patient handout. If a patient would rather not, you switch to dictation mode. Nothing is captured during the session, and you summarise right after.

How are AI mistakes handled?

Delta is built as a co-pilot, never a replacement. Everything it writes is a draft that you review, and you can correct it at any time. Clinical decisions stay yours.

What happens if I stop using Delta?

Your data belongs to you. You can export everything at any time. After you cancel, your data stays available for 90 days so you can retrieve it, then it is permanently deleted.
